57. המועצה – סוכן הממשלה
המועצה תשמש סוכן הממשלה למתן תמיכות כספיות לתוצרת ענף הלול, לייצואה, לאיסומה ולעיבודה התעשייתי או לכל פעולה להבטחת כל ענין מהענינים האמורים.
