66. דין החלטה בדבר הקנס
החלטת ועדת קנסות בדבר חיוב בקנס שלא הוגש עליה ערר, וכן החלטת ועדת ערר אם הוגש ערר, הן סופיות ודינן בכל הנוגע לביצוע כשל פסק דין סופי של בית משפט מוסמך במשפט אזרחי; המועצה רשאית לנכות את הקנס מדמי המכר של תוצרת הלול המגיעים לנקנס.
