תיקון: תשס״ג־2
בתוך 30 ימים מיום א׳ בסיון התשס״ג (1 ביוני 2003) (בפרק זה – יום התחילה) ימנה השר מינהלה זמנית בת חמישה חברים שבה יכהנו השר או מי מטעמו והוא יהיה היושב ראש, חבר נוסף מבין עובדי משרד החקלאות ופיתוח הכפר ושלושה חברים שהם מגדלים (בפרק זה – המינהלה הזמנית); המינהלה הזמנית תנהל את המועצה ויהיו נתונות לה הסמכויות הנתונות למועצה ולועד הפועל שלה.
