26. קבלת עובדים מהרשות הלאומית לעבודה ברשות
עובדי הרשות הלאומית ערב יום התחילה, יתמנו לעובדי המדינה בפטור ממכרז, שיינתן בהתאם לחוק שירות המדינה (מינויים), ובתנאים שתקבע ועדת שירות המדינה כמשמעותה בחוק האמור; החלטה על מינוי עובדים לפי סעיף זה תינתן עד יום התחילה.
