1. הגדרות
בתקנות שעת חירום אלה –
”הוא״א“ – הוועדה לאנרגיה אטומית;
”המנהל“ – מנהל קמ״ג;
”מקום עבודה“ – הוא״א ובכלל זה היחידה לרישוי ובטיחות, או קמ״ג, לפי העניין;
”עובד“ – מי שערב תחילתן של תקנות שעת חירום אלה היה מועסק כעובד מחקר במקום עבודה;
”קמ״ג“ – הקריה למחקר גרעיני – נגב;
”שירות עבודה חיוני“ – ביצוע עבודה או תפקיד של עובד במקום עבודה, שהוא הכרחי לשם מניעת נזק כבד לאינטרסים החיוניים של המדינה.
