7. יחסי עובד ומעסיק
בכפוף לאמור בתקנות שעת חירום אלה, יראו את היחסים בין מי שנקרא בצו לשירות עבודה חיוני ומילא אחר הצו לבין מי שהיה מעסיקו ערב תחילתו של הצו, כיחסי עובד ומעסיק לכל דבר ועניין הקשור לשכרו ולתנאי עבודתו.
