10. תקנה בנוגע לעדות
במשפט עפ״י פקודה זו ביחס לסחורה שהובאה מחוץ לארץ, הרי מתן עדות על חוף המשלוח תהא עדות לכאורה על המקום או הארץ שבהם נעשתה או יוצרה אותה סחורה.
