16. סייגים
שום דבר האמור בפקודה זו –
(א)לא יפטור אדם מכל משפט או מו״מ משפטי שאפשר היה להביאם נגדו אלמלא הוראותיה של פקודה זו; או
(ב)לא יפורש באופן שפקידו של אדם הפועל בתום לב מתוך ציות להוראות מעבידו ולפי דרישה מאת התובע או מטעמו מסר ידיעות מלאות על מעבידו, יהא צפוי למשפט או לעונש.
