12. כינוס האסיפה הבוחרת
(א)ועדת הבחירות תקבע את המועד ואת המקום לעריכת הבחירות ותפרסם על כך הודעה ברשומות; הבחירות יתקיימו בירושלים.
(ב)יושב ראש ועדת הבחירות יכנס את האסיפה הבוחרת ביום הבחירות ויפתח את האסיפה, וועדת הבחירות תנהל את הבחירות.
