31. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תשס״ד, תשפ״ב, תשפ״ג
(הנוסח הקבוע): השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי, באישור ועדה משותפת של ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט וועדת הפנים ואיכות הסביבה של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות בכל עניין הנוגע לביצועו.
(הוראת שעה בתקופת כהונתה של הכנסת ה־25): השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי, באישור ועדת החוקה, חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות בכל עניין הנוגע לביצועו.
