12. מסירת מידע
(א)שר האוצר רשאי להתקין תקנות הבאות לחייב מסירת מידע הנוגע לביצוע הוראות חוק זה.
(ב)שר האוצר או המפקח רשאים להורות לאדם למסור מידע הנוגע לביצוע הוראות חוק זה.
