16. ראיות
(א)הטוען שיש בידו היתר, עליו הראיה.
(ב)מסמך שעשאו מי שעוסק בעסקי בנק במהלך עסקיו הרגיל, בין שנעשה בישראל ובין שנעשה מחוץ לישראל, ישמש ראיה לכאורה על אמיתת תכנו בהליכים משפטיים לפי חוק זה.
