6. החזקת מטבע חוץ
תיקון: תשנ״ט
(א)החזקת מטבע חוץ או נייר ערך חוץ בידי תושב ישראל, טעונה היתר.
(ב)תושב ישראל שיש בידו, לפקודתו או בשליטתו מטבע חוץ, יציע אותו למכירה למי ששר האוצר או המפקח יקבע, זולת אם ניתן לו היתר לעשות בו בדרך אחרת.
