6. פרסום הרכב המזון המסופק בצהרון
(א)מפעיל יציג את תפריטי הארוחות המסופקות בצהרון, בהתאם לפעילות הצהרון, במקום בולט לעין ונגיש לתלמידים ולהוריהם.
(ב)דרשו זאת התלמיד או הוריו – יספק להם המפעיל עותקים של התפריטים כאמור בתקנת משנה (א).
(ג)מפעיל יפרסם את התפריטים כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) באתר האינטרנט שלו, אם קיים.
(ד)מפעיל יפרסם את רשימת ספקי המזון המורשים המספקים מזון לצהרון, לרבות ספק כאמור של מזון ייעודי, כלל שישנו.
