7. הזמנת פוקד
הוגשה בקשה לקביעת גיל, או לשינויה, והדבר עשוי להשפיע על חובתו של אדם על פי חוק שירות בטחון, תשי״ט–1959 [נוסח משולב], ימציא בית המשפט העתק מן הבקשה לפוקד כמשמעותו באותו חוק (להלן – פוקד) ויזמינו להופיע כצד בבירור הבקשה. שר המשפטים, בהתייעצות עם שר הבטחון, יקבע בתקנות את סוגי הבקשות שעליהן תחול הוראה זו.
