17. משכורת ותשלומים אחרים
תיקון: תשכ״ט־2
משכורתו של דיין והתשלומים האחרים שישולמו לו בתקופת כהונתו, ייקבעו על ידי החלטת הכנסת, והיא רשאית להסמיך לכך את ועדת הכספים. החלטות לפי סעיף זה יפורסמו ברשומות.
הכנסת הסמיכה את ועדת הכספים לקבוע את משכורתו של דיין והתשלומים האחרים שישולמו לו בתקופת כהונתו (י״פ תשל״ד, 1734).
