23. השעיית דיין
תיקון: תש״ם
(א)הוגשה על דיין קובלנה על פי סעיף 21, או הוגשה נגדו תביעה פלילית, רשאים נשיא בית הדין הרבני הגדול להשעות את הדיין לתקופה שימצאו לנכון.
(ב)בית הדין המשמעתי רשאי, על פי בקשת הדיין, לבטל את השעייתו.
