12. הוראת שעה
על אף האמור בתקנה 4(א), בתקופה שעד יום כ״ה בטבת התשע״א (1 בינואר 2011), בעל רישיון, המציע ללקוחותיו ציוד קצה, יציע להם דגם אחד לפחות של ציוד קצה מכל אחד מסוגי ציוד הקצה המפורטים בפסקאות (1) עד (5) לתקנה האמורה.
