10. תחולתן של התקנות על מסלול השקעה אישי בקופת גמל מסלולית
תקנות אלה יחולו גם על מסלול השקעה בקופת גמל מסלולית שניתן לבצע בו השקעת כספים כאמור בתקנה 3, ויראו את המסלול האמור כאילו היה קופת גמל בניהול אישי (להלן – מסלול השקעה אישי).
