8. איסור על קבלת אשראי, שעבוד נכסים, מתן ערבויות והלוואות לעמית
חברה מנהלת לא תהיה רשאית, במסגרת השקעותיה לפי תקנות אלה, לקבל אשראי מכל סוג שהוא, לשעבד נכס מנכסיה, לערוב להתחייבויות מכל סוג שהוא ולתת הלוואות לעמיתיה.
