1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מוסד פיננסי זר“ – מוסד פיננסי שהתאגד מחוץ לישראל ואינו בנק, כהגדרתו בחוק, הרשאי לפי דין, לרבות דין זר, להציג שיק לפירעון ברשות הפלסטינית או לפרוע שיק המשוך עליו ברשות הפלסטינית;
”בנק מייצג“ – בנק המנייצג את המוסד הפיננסי הזר בפעילותו בישראל לעניין הצגת שיק לפירעון או פירעון שיק המשוך עליו.
