10. סמכות נתב כלפי המשתתפים בניתוב
מרגע תחילת הניתוב עד סופו הנתב הוא הסמכות המכרעת כלפי עובדי התאגיד שהוסמך לפי החוק לנהל את התעבורה הימית בנמל, שמשתתפים באופן פעיל בניתוב או משתתפים אחרים שהוסמכו לכך, ולגבי נמל חדרה – כלפי כל המשתתפים באופן פעיל בניתוב גם אם אינם עובדי משרד התחבורה וכן, כלפי כלי שיט אחרים המשתתפים בניתוב או נותנים שירותים לנתב או לכלי השיט שבניתוב, ועליהם להישמע להוראותיו.
