12. פרסום הנחיות
המפעיל יוציא הנחיות לאנשי צוותו –
(1)למסירת מידע על מצב חירום בטיסה, לאנשים לקויי שמיעה ולאנשים לקויי ראיה;
(2)לטיפול בכיסא גלגלים של הנוסע והטענתו, ולמניעת נזקים לכיסא בעת ההטענה והפריקה.
