28. מסירת מידע
(א)מידע הניתן לציבור במיתקן מרכזי על לוחות זמנים, יעדי נסיעה, נגישות קווי שירות באוטובוסים, רכבות, כלי שיט או כלי טיס וכיוצא בזה, יימסר גם באמצעות טלפון ופקס ויופק גם בכתב מוגדל.
(ב)בעמדת מודיעין, קופה או עמדת שירות מאוישת במיתקן מרכזי, יימצאו נייר וכלי כתיבה לשימוש אנשים בעלי לקות שמיעה.
