תיקון: תשי״ח
נספה שאשתו עזבה אותו מרצונה, ונקבע בפסק דין של בית משפט או של בית דין מוסמך כי אינה זכאית למזונות מהנספה – דינה לענין חוק זה כדין גרושה.
