14א. מענק מיוחד לאלמנה בעת התאלמנותה
תיקון: תשל״ו, תשנ״ה
(א)לאלמנת נספה ישולם, בנוסף לתגמוליה, מענק למימון הוצאות מיוחדות כתוצאה מהתאלמנותה, בסכום של 2,142 שקלים חדשים.
(ב)סכום כל מענק לפי סעיף זה יהיה צמוד למדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה.
