תיקון: תשע״ד
מקבל תגמול או הטבה המרצה עונש מאסר – לא ישולם לו תגמול ולא תינתן לו הטבה בתקופת מאסרו; אך קצין התגמולים רשאי להורות שהתגמול המגיע לו, כולו או מקצתו, ישולם למי שהמקבל חייב במזונותיו או למי שנתון להשגחתו.
