תיקון: תש״ח
שר העבודה רשאי להתקין כללים בדבר כל עניין, שמקורו בפקודה הזאת או בכל תוספת שעליה, ובדבר דמים העשויים להשתלם בגינו:
בתנאי כי הכללים, הכלולים בתוספת הרביעית, יעמדו בתקפם, עד־אשר ישונו או יופקעו בכללים שהותקנו לפי הסעיף הזה.
