7. תחילה, פרסום מידע ודיווח לכנסת
תיקון: תשפ״ב, תשפ״ד, תשפ״ה
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה ביום י״ד בטבת התשע״ח (1 בינואר 2018).
(ב)(בוטל).
(ג)השר –
(1)יפרסם מידע למעסיקים ולעובדים לגבי הוראות חוק זה, ובכלל זה יפעל להביא לידיעתם של הורים שילדם נפטר את זכויותיהם לפי חוק זה;
(2)ידווח לוועדת העבודה והרווחה של הכנסת עד 31 בדצמבר אחת לשנה על יישום הוראות פסקה (1);
(3)(נמחקה).
