14. מקום קדוש המשמש לעלייה לרגל
(א)לאדם עם מוגבלות תהיה במקום קדוש נגישות רציפה מהכניסה העיקרית למרכז העניין העיקרי שבו לפחות; הדרך המובילה למרכז העניין העיקרי תובחן באמצעות ניגוד מישושי וניגוד חזותי.
(ב)האמור בתקנת משנה (א) לא יחול אם בביצוע הוראותיה יש כדי לפגוע במקום קדוש באופן האסור לפי הדת החלה עליו, לפי החלטתו של ראש העדה הדתית.
