באתר הנצחה תהיה לאדם עם מוגבלות נגישות רציפה למקומות המיועדים לביקור קהל ובכלל זה למקומות ההתקהלות וההתייחדות שבו; הדרכים העיקריות המובילות למרכזי העניין הנזכרים לעיל יובחנו, בהתחשב באופי המקום, בניגוד מישושי וחזותי.
