28. אחריות נציגים
תיקון: תשנ״ח־2, תשס״ד, תשס״ה
נעברה עבירה לפי סעיפים 16 או 19, בידי סיעת אם, סיעה, רשימה, מועמד לראש מועצה אזורית או מועמד בבחירות מיוחדות לראש רשות, ייאשם גם כל מי שהוא נציג של אחד הגופים האמורים, כאמור בסעיפים 11(א)(2) ו־12א(א)(1), אם לא הוכיח שהעבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתו ושנקט את כל האמצעים הסבירים כדי למנוע או להפסיק את העבירה.
