עב. ”אין לי עדים“
הטיל בית־הדין על בעל־דין להביא עדים או ראיה לדבריו ושאלו אם יש לו עדים או ראיה וענה שאין לו, שוב אין בית־הדין מקבל ממנו עדים או ראיה, אלא אם כן נתן טעם מספיק לדבריו הראשונים.
