פג. הזמנה ביוזמת בית־הדין
בית־הדין רשאי, לפי שיקול דעתו, להזמין כל אדם או לדרוש המצאת מסמכים והוכחות, אם ראה צורך בכך. הוצאות עד שהוזמן, כאמור, יקבעו על ידי בית־הדין. וכן יוחלט מי ישא בהם, לפי העניין – אוצר־המדינה או מי מהצדדים.
