פח. עדות באמצעות תורגמן
עד המעיד בלשון שאינה מובנת לבית־הדין יחליט בית־הדין על אופן קבלת העדות. החליט בית־הדין לקבל עדות על־פי תורגמן, יקבע בית־הדין את התורגמן ואת שכרו.
