קסד. נמסר בחוץ־לארץ
על־אף האמור בסעיף הקודם, אם מסירת הגט התקיימה בחוץ־לארץ, יוציא בית־הדין בארץ, שלפניו נכתב הגט, ”מעשה בית־דין“ על הגירושין, אחרי שיוכח לו שהגט נמסר כדין.
