קע. ”מעשה בית־דין“
(1)אחרי סידור החליצה יוציא בית־הדין ”מעשה בית־דין“ על החליצה והעתק ממנו יימסר למבקשת.
(2)החולץ יקבל אישור שישמש לו ראיה שחלץ.
