קפט. שיפוט ופיקוח של בית־הדין
(1)השיפוט והפיקוח בענייני ההקדש והנהלתו הם בידי בית־הדין שבפניו כונן ההקדש.
(2)השיפוט והפיקוח בענייני ההקדש והנהלתו שלא כונן לפני בית־דין רבני – והוא נתון לשיפוטו של בית־הדין הרבני – יהא בידי בית־הדין שבשטח שיפוטו כונן ההקדש.
