רו. עיון בתיקים
(1)תיקי בית־הדין ניתנים לעיון רק לצדדים או לבאי־כוחם ורק בזמן שהעניין תלוי ועומד, לרבות אם העניין מצוי בערעור או ניתן לערעור.
(2)כעבור התקופה האמורה, או לגבי אדם שאינו צד בעניין, רשאי בית־הדין להרשות את העיון בתיק אם יראה כי למבקש יש עניין צודק בדבר.
