6. כהונה כדירקטור חיצוני בחברה בשליטת המדינה
קיום יחסי עבודה, קשרים עסקיים או מקצועיים בין המדינה ובין קרוב של דירקטור חיצוני בחברה שבשליטת המדינה, לא יהווה זיקה, אם יחסי העבודה או הקשרים העסקיים או המקצועיים כאמור, אינם בתחום פעילותה של החברה ואינם קשורים לפיקוח על החברה או להסדרת פעילותה.
