תיקון: תשנ״ח־2
אסיר ציון שהוכר כנכה, זכאי אחת לשנה נוסף על התגמולים לפי חוק זה, גם למענק הטבות בסכום השווה ל־18% מהשכר הממוצע המחושב לפי סעיף 2 לחוק הביטוח; מענק ההטבות ישולם בחודש אוגוסט של כל שנה; בסעיף זה, ”מענק הטבות“ – תשלום שניתן לאסיר ציון שהוכר כנכה כהשתתפות בהוצאות כאמור בתקנות שהתקין שר האוצר לפי סעיף 27 חוק נכי המלחמה בנאצים, התשי״ד–1954.
