(א)אסיר ציון זכאי להנחה בעד תרופות הכלולות בסל שירותי הבריאות כאמור בסעיף 8(ז)(3) לחוק ביטוח בריאות ממלכתי, התשנ״ד–1994.
(ב)בסעיף זה, ”אסיר ציון“ – אסיר ציון כהגדרתו בסעיף 17ג(ג), שהוא אזרח ותיק כהגדרתו בחוק האזרחים הותיקים, התש״ן–1989.
