25ב. יום ציון פועלם של אסירי ציון
תיקון: תשס״ג
(א)פועלם של אסירי ציון יצוין במועד קבוע מדי שנה, על פי הוראות שתקבע הממשלה (בסעיף זה – יום ציון פועלם של אסירי ציון).
(ב)יום ציון פועלם של אסירי ציון יחול ביום ה׳ בתמוז, ואולם אם חל יום ציון פועלם של אסירי ציון ביום חג, מנוחה או שבתון, או ביום זיכרון או ציון ממלכתי, או ביום שלפני אחד הימים כאמור, רשאית הממשלה לקבוע שיום ציון פועלם של אסירי ציון יחול סמוך ליום ה׳ בתמוז.
