7. ועדה רפואית לעררים
(א)הרואה עצמו נפגע מהחלטה של ועדה רפואית רשאי, בתנאים שנקבעו בתקנות, לערור עליה לפני הועדה הרפואית לעררים.
(ב)המוסד רשאי, בתנאים שנקבעו בתקנות, לערור על החלטה של ועדה רפואית לפני הועדה הרפואית לעררים.
