13. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)שר המשפטים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא מוסמך להתקין תקנות בכל עניין הנוגע לביצועו.
(ב)שר האוצר רשאי לקבוע תמריצים כספיים לעידוד חיזוק של מבנים מפני רעידות אדמה לפי תכנית החיזוק, שיוענקו לבעלי הזכויות באותם מבנים מאוצר המדינה במקומות שבהם ראה כי אין די בהוראות תכנית החיזוק כדי ליצור כדאיות כלכלית לביצוע חיזוק כאמור.
