Section 2 of חוק המקרקעין (חיזוק בתים משותפים מפני רעידות אדמה), התשס״ח–2008, ביצוע עבודה ברכוש משותף על פי תכנית החיזוק.
2. ביצוע עבודה ברכוש משותף על פי תכנית החיזוק
(א)ניתן היתר בניה לביצוע עבודה ברכוש משותף, על פי תכנית החיזוק, ונדרשת לפי פרק ו׳ לחוק המקרקעין הסכמה או החלטה של בעלי הדירות בבית המשותף לצורך ביצוע אותה עבודה (בחוק זה – עבודה ברכוש המשותף), יחולו לעניין העבודה ברכוש המשותף הוראות חוק זה.
(ב)הוראות לפי חוק המקרקעין ימשיכו לחול על עבודה ברכוש המשותף, ככל שאינן סותרות את ההוראות לפי חוק זה.
