7. אופן מתן הסכמה לביצוע עבודה ברכוש משותף
הסכמת בעל דירה בבית משותף הנדרשת לצורך קבלת החלטה לביצוע עבודה ברכוש המשותף לפי חוק זה, תינתן בכתב ותאומת בידי עורך דין בדרך שמאמתים שטר עסקה לפי הוראות חוק המקרקעין; לעניין סעיף זה, אין נפקא מינה אם הסכמה כאמור ניתנה לפני מתן היתר הבניה לעבודה או במועד מאוחר יותר.
