9. חובת חיזוק הבית המשותף
ביצוע עבודה ברכוש משותף לפי הוראות חוק זה, ייעשה יחד עם ביצוע חיזוק של הבית המשותף מפני רעידות אדמה על פי תכנית החיזוק (בחוק זה – חיזוק מפני רעידות אדמה), או לאחריו.
