בחוק זה –
”סל קליטה“ – הסכום הכולל הניתן לפי סעיף 2 מאוצר המדינה ישירות לעולה הזכאי לסיוע, לצורך מחייתו ומגוריו בארץ;
”השר“ – השר לקליטת העליה.
