תיקון: תשל״ג
יחידים או גופים שעסקו כקבלנים בעבודות הנדסה בנאיות ערב פרסום חוק זה ברשומות, יהיו רשאים להמשיך בעיסוקם לאחר תחילתו של חוק זה, עד שהשר יקבע בצו תנאים ומועד סופי לרישומם בפנקס, ובלבד שמי שהתחיל בביצוע עבודה פלונית לפני המועד שנקבע כאמור יהיה רשאי לסיימה.
